How to adjust the mouthguard to your teeth?

1. Place the mouthguard in hot water (water temperature 70-75 ℃) for 30 ~ 40 seconds.

2. Carefully remove the mouthguard from the hot water using tongs or a slotted spoon.

3. Cool the mouthguard under running tap water for about 1-2 seconds to bring the surface temperature to a comfortable level (the mouthguard should be warm but not hot), then quickly move on to step 4.

4. Put the mouthguard on and, while sucking air through the mouthguard, gently press the edges of the mouthguard against your teeth and gumline with your fingers through your lips and cheeks. Continue for 20 seconds to ensure a snug fit.

5. Remove the mouthguard from your mouth and cool under cold water for 30 seconds. Place the mouthguard back into your mouth and check for a snug fit.

6. Repeat steps 1 through 5 if the fit is not snug.
